2015 NGL Mid-Year Tourney Flyer

2015 NUWC GOLF LEAGUE MID-YEAR TOURNAMENT RULES

Location: Agawam Hunt CC, Rumford RI

Time: 9:00am Shotgun Start so try to be there at least 30 minutes prior to start and in your cart ready to go so you can head out to your starting hole at 9:00am (Note to Halpin!)

Dress Code:  Collared  Shirts,  No  Jeans,  No  Cargo  Pants  or  Cargo  Shorts.

Format: Two Ball Best Ball Modified Bramble – For all Par 4’s and Par 5’s, each player hits a drive. All players will drop their ball at the spot of the best drive that they have selected then continue to play their own ball until they hole out, or the two lowest scores of the foursome are already in the hole (since we will only be recording the 2 lowest scores). This format does not apply to Par 3’s. On all Par 3’s, players will play their own balls until the hole is finished or two lower scores are in the hole.

In order to speed up play, if the foursome has already carded the two low scores for the hole, the remaining players should pick up. Please avoid putting for a 7 when you already have two lower scores. Pick up and move off.
Handicaps have been adjusted and will be marked on the scorecard.

Senior tees will be announced day of.

There will be a 50/50 raffle. See league officers Dave Nassaney or Barbara Keller to purchase tickets 1 for $5.00 and 3 for $10.00.
